No. All our monthly plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are paid in advance and represent a 12-month commitment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via our payment gateway provider. For corporate accounts on annual terms, we also accept bank transfers.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point from your billing profile page. Upgrades will be charged prorated and applied immediately, while downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
